I invite you to consider the architects’ care in renovating this building. The “Water Factory” (wastewater treatment plant) machinery was hidden underground so that the green spaces above it would work in harmony with the surrounding area. This is the future, preserving what was good in the past heritage by maintaining and adapting it.
