Open House Copenhagen was launched in 2023 as part of the celebration of Copenhagen as UNESCO’s World Capital of Architecture. The Danish Architecture Centre (DAC) organised it together with the Bevica Foundation, Copenhagen Municipality and Karberghus. Open House Copenhagen unlocks the doors to normally inaccessible buildings, offering a peek into everything from secretive technical facilities to majestic palaces. This event presents an opportunity to explore Copenhagen’s architectural marvels and discover the stories embedded within its bricks and concrete across over 40 sites.
