This visual story reveals Thessaloniki as a city caught between layers, where what is hidden, worn or incomplete becomes a bridge to the future. In the first image, a torn sheet of green plastic becomes an unexpected lens. Through its opening, we glimpse an interior space—fragments of shelves, textures and light—like a secret invitation to look deeper. The temporary material, creased and imperfect, contrasts with the permanence of what lies behind it. It is a metaphor for transition: the future is always viewed through something fragile yet full of possibility.

The second image shifts the perspective outdoors, where a weathered stone wall and a rusted latch tell the story of decades. Cracks, moss, peeling layers and a simple wooden bench capture the quiet persistence of materials that refuse to disappear. It reminds us that tomorrow’s identity grows from what survives today, no matter how modest or broken.
