Once a dull grain terminal (elevator) will soon be elevated to a residential status. Built in 1950s on the outskirts of a residential area in Tallinn Hiiu district the monster provided food for half a century. After being left for years empty it will soon be a residential building with open spaces for the public to enjoy the 360-degree view.
