The idea is to stimulate curiosity towards urban rooftop gardening in our cities, as Piuarch did with the project “L’orto fra i cortili” (The Garden Among the Courtyards), visited during Open House Milano 2023. The 300 square meters of rooftop surface of the building hosting the studio have been transformed into a permanent garden. It begins in the nursery, where seeds are sprouted to develop throughout the seasons, providing food, decoration, and aromas, culminating in compost to nourish a new season.
