Inspired by the Bauhaus movement whose main values of enrichment through art and culture that respond to needs beyond functionality, sustainability in harmony with nature and inclusivity that encourages a dialogue across cultures, disciplines, genders and ages, we present the visual story Bauhaus & the Oblivion. Each photo depicts a building that opened its doors for the Open House Athens 2023 festival during the first weekend of April, connecting to the other images through the visual bridges of Bauhaus colour theory and techniques.
