Weaving is an art that is slowly lost because of the modern lifestyle. Although wool is an ecological and friendly material, the process by which it turns into a thread and then to a fabric is not well known nowadays. During the Open House Athens, I went to the workspace of ΥFAINEIN and learnt the stage of wool treatment in order to become fabric.  I remembered how much wisdom and care there was around this art, which was used by man over the centuries to meet his needs in harmony with nature.  In my opinion, this is the definition of sustainability.
