I asked myself, ‘What is going to be my country’s future heritage?’, and different versions of me surfaced to voice their opinion. The classic, the modern, the kid, the current and even a poet I didn’t know existed.

The classic me wanted to showcase the timeless beauty of the older buildings in Athens. The modern me wanted to create a futuristic home with new, up-cycled and energy-efficient materials. The kid wanted to play and be random. The current me wanted to sing praises of the Veil that respected the old and made me look forward to the new. And the poet in me wanted to share how tricky it is to decide what to do, what to keep, what to use and what to weep.
